I received B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from Ankara University in 1998. I received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in 2002 and 2008 respectively. From 2009 to 2014 I was with the Department of Electronics Engineering at Gebze Technical University, now the Department of Computer Engineering at Balıkesir University, where I am an Assoc. Prof. (of Computer Science and Engineering). My research interests are cryptology and coding theory.
